Well here's my effort: It may not be good enough because of not enough photo's, I realise now, I didn't take any of the van in primer or the freshly painted shell or the resprayed interior from black to grey but here goes:
Stripdown: I already removed the original wheelhubs from the tyres, the interior assembly looks like the same used for the Motoring Memories Escort saloon!

One piece rear window made as though van has single back door:

Chassis with new Minilite wheels fitted to original axles and tyres.
Notice also that I cut out centre section of front bumper to give quarter bumpers for the "Sporty" look!
