Hello from a Newbie!Hello everyone 
This is my first post on here. I found the forum by accident whilst looking for restoration information.
Great forum. 
I have only been collecting since January last year. I started off with the Corgi Transit vans as they are cheap to buy in mint, boxed displayable condition.
Well.......um.......I went a bit mad and have virtually all of them already. 
I have now started on Vanguards. So far I have a few Morris Minors (not sure if they are all Vanguards though  ), the Jaguar XJR and the Austin 1300 Estate.
But I have a problem.......I haven't quite mastered the collector's mentality......I want the whole lot, like, yesterday! 
I look forward to learning from you guys and also hope I can contribute something to the forum.
Finally, I also like the football and am a season ticket holder with QPR, so look forward to some light-hearted banter with any football fans

Welcome Matt, I hope you enjoy our forum as much as we do. As you will have noticed, your original post has been moved. Simple mistake that's easily rectified.

You're right - I have been bitten by the collecting bug. 
I get the message re: the 'f' word. Keesie has already spanked my bottom over it
I have to say that I belong to an 'f' forum and the atmosphere on here is way, way better. I guess football gets the passion overflowing and for some it seems they can only express that passion by being bolshy and nasty to others.
So  to this forum. It may become my new home - I like it here.
(not that I don't have a life away from the internet, you understand )

Yes - This forum also can get passions (and tempers) running high at times.
