I have a copy of it someone lent me, I never heard of it before. It is a huge book. Perfect bound, probably 2100 pages (there are some pages in the back unnumbered, two appendixes, one for maps, one for the text), about 3" thick of fairly thin paper. Someone took years to write it. I could not hope of even reading it let alone writing it. It is a huge piece of literature, gaining some interest and popularity, very hard reading, well organized, well written, words I have never heard before. I looked up these words I had never heard before and they are legitimate words in the dictionary, so the writer or writers are learned people.
