I suppose where that type of bird comes from,it's like a pigeon to us     but to eat one well I think it would be a conversation killer over dinner

In Costa Rica the locals in the countryside eat iguanas.  They told me it was just like chicken !  There are parrots there but I didn't see any being eaten.
